On Thursday 26 th January, Bishop Fintan Gavin graced our school with a visit and blessed our prayer room. It has now become a space for our students to come and be close to God and a place to meditate.

On Friday the 28th of October we will be holding a non-uniform day for the whole school, with First years having the opportunity to dress up in their spookiest costumes for Halloween! We would ask everyone to bring a donation of €2 for Edel house also.

On Monday the 17th of October, the Student Council and the Junior Forum, welcomed the Lord Mayor, Cllr. Deirdre Forde to our school. 

Monday 10th October 2022 is without a doubt a day that we will always remember in Christ King. Our student leaders were looking forward in anticipation and excitement to welcoming the leader of our country, an Taoiseach, Micheál Martin, to our school.

NEW leadership groups for 2022/2023

The inaugural meeting of the Student Council 2022 took place on Friday 7th October. This was the first opportunity for our senior student leaders to come together as the student council and to discuss their roles for the year ahead.

Our student leaders from all year groups were busy preparing for our Open Night which took place on Wednesday 21st September.

Monday 19 th September was a very special day for our student leaders. Our prefects and

vice- prefects from all year groups received their leadership badges for the year ahead.
