Awards Night

Our Annual Awards night took place on Wednesday 8th May. Over one hundred students received awards that night and were recognised for their excellence in and dedication to a wide variety of activities. Students were acknowledged for their excellence in academics, their achievements on the sporting field, their contribution to music and the arts. Volunteerism was also acknowledged and overall contribution to school life.

It was a very special and emotional evening for our Leaving Cert students who were celebrated for their academic achievements and outstanding contribution to school life.

Distinguished alumni Deirdre McCarthy, Managing Director of News and Current Affairs RTE, was our guest speaker for the Awards Ceremony. She presented the awards to all the students who achieved at at local, Munster, National and International level.

Well done to all our students and huge thanks to their parents who have supported them in achieving their goals and dreams.
