1. New “Child Protection Procedures for Primary and Post-Primary Schools 2017” was enacted on 11 December 2017.

6. The Board of Management of Christ King Girls' Secondary School has formally notified their Trustee CEIST of the Child Safeguarding Review on 19th August 2022.

6. The Principal, Ms Richel Long, will present a Child Protection Oversight Report at each meeting of the school’s Board of Management.

7. Any persons with child protection concerns are invited to contact the Designated Liaison Person (DLP), Ms Richel Long, or, in her absence, the Deputy Designated Liaison Persona (DDLP), Ms Frances Kerrigan.

8. The Board of Management reviewed all checks associated with the child protection guidelines ensuring full compliance by the school.
